VÝPLATA PŘIDĚLENÝCH FINANČNÍCH PROSTŘEDKŮ
PAYMENT OF THE SCHOLARSHIP:

1. Přidělená finanční částka se vyplácí formou stipendia, přičemž Rozhodnutí o přidělení stipendia je studentovi doručeno přes SIS. Všechny údaje použité pro tvorbu Rozhodnutí jsou získány z online aplikace Fondu mobility a také ze SIS.

   The allocated financial amount is paid in the form of a scholarship, while the Decision on the award of the scholarship is delivered to the student via the SIS. All data used for the creation of the Decision are obtained from the online application of the Mobility Fund and also from the SIS.

2. Stipendia se vyplácí těsně před odjezdem studenta (vzhledem k případům rušení, krácení či přesouvání pobytů na poslední chvíli), případně až v době, kdy má FF UK finanční prostředky k dispozici (týká se především výjezdů na začátku nového kalendářního roku). Pokud je stipendium rozděleno mezi 2 kalendářní roky, vyplácí se formou dvou Rozhodnutí o přidělení stipendia (přičemž to druhé je vystaveno až v odpovídajícím kalendářním roce).

   Scholarships are paid just before the student’s departure (due to possible cancellation of stays), or later at the time when FA CU has the funds available (mainly applies to departures at the beginning of the new calendar year). If the scholarship is divided between 2 calendar years, it is paid in the form of two Decisions on the award of the scholarship (the latter is issued in the corresponding calendar year).

3. Student je povinen mít v SIS vyplněno číslo účtu, na které  je stipendium převedeno.
   .
   Student is obliged to fill in the SIS his/her account number to which the scholarship is transferred.
   .
   
4. Po doručení Rozhodnutí o přidělení stipendia běží třicetidenní odvolací lhůta, teprve poté lze stipendium vyplatit. Druhou možností je to, že se student v SIS vzdá práva na odvolání, pak lze stipendium vyplatit hned.

   After the delivery of the Decision on the Award of the Scholarship, a thirty-day appeal period runs, only then can the scholarship be paid out. The second possibility is that the student waives via the SIS the right to appeal, then the scholarship can be paid immediately.

5. Vzhledem k častým případům rušení zahraninčího pobytu na poslední chvíli jsou stipendia vyplácena tak, aby se kryla s avizovaným datem odjezdu či chvíli po něm.

   Due to the frequent cases of last-minute cancellation of stays, scholarships are paid to coincide with or shortly after the announced departure date.
