Unique Transnational History Textbook for University Students from the Whole Europe Is Being Written at CU FA

A team of historians from the Faculty of Arts, Charles University, has joined an international project TEH21: Teaching European History in the 21st Century and began their work on transnational history textbook. It will present an overview of the most important events of European history from the perspective of Czech and foreign authors.

With a new library platform from September

After the summer holidays, you can look forward to a new look of discovery service UKAŽ (ukaz.cuni.cz/en), which will replace the current Ebsco Discovery Service. The environment for librarians will change as well – Alma, a modern library platform, will replace the existing Aleph, Verde and SFX systems.

Main Entrance Closed on Friday, 2 July

On Friday, 2 July, from 6 am to 9 pm the main entrance of the CU FA building in nám Jana Palacha will be closed due to a film shooting project. It is possible to enter through the back door in Valentinská street.
