Czech Translation of Reginaldo Prandi’s Book Has Been Published

The book Contos e lendas da Amazônia (Ukradený déšť a jiné příběhy z Amazonie) was translated by students of Portugal and Luso-Brazilian Studies at the Department of Romance Studies at the Faculty of Arts, Charles University, under the supervision of Dr Šárka Grauová.

The Czech translation of the autobiography Cesta bílým terorem (Journey Through the White Terror) by Kang-i Sun Chang, a world-renown sinologist, has been published. The book recalls the period of persecutions in post-war Taiwan by giving the account of stormy family history with a preface by Prof Olga Lomová from CU FA.
