General information about Individual Studies programme

Applicants not currently enrolled at a university are eligible to enroll in Faculty of Arts courses on a fee-paying basis. Courses are taught primarily in Czech, however, some courses may be available in other languages. For a list of available courses, please contact the corresponding academic department and/or use the information system database here.

Once you have set up your personal course schedule including its weekly workload for the semester, you must arrange to have your contract drawn up and signed at the International Office. Payment is due within 3 days of the signing of the contract.

Tuition: (as of 1.9.2011)

250 CZK per 45 minutes of instruction (Czech)

500 CZK per 45 minutes of instruction (Foreign Language)

It is possible to participate in this programme for a minimum term of 4 weeks and a maximum term of 2 semesters.

Faculty of Arts reserves the right to establish a minimum fee for the study period. In order to qualify to this programme the applicant is required to choose number of courses and its weekly workload amouting to at least 13.000 CZK.
