The 4EU+ European University Alliance comprises the following universities: Charles University, Heidelberg University, Paris-Panthéon-Assas University, Sorbonne University in Paris, the University of Copenhagen, the University of Geneva, the University of Milan, and the University of Warsaw.
- mobilities that take place at 4EU+ partner universities without a link to a specific ongoing project
- mobilities that do not take place at the partner institutions but have an explicit connection to 4EU+ activities (e.g. presentation of the results of an Alliance project, extension of Alliance cooperation, etc.) – the link of the mobility to the Alliance must always be specified in the justification of the application
- the applicant must be a CU student for the entire duration of the mobility
- the amount of the contribution is in accordance with the project rules
- the maximum period of student mobility is two months
- application is done through the Rectorate MS Forms (cannot be filled in using the faculty access)

- fill in basic information about your planned mobility
- acceptance letter from the host institution
- a programme of the mobility
- filled-in 4EU+ Learning Agreement
Selections are held 4 times a year, each for the following two quarters (during the given period it is only necessary to start the mobility, not to complete it).
Quarterly deadlines:
- 15 March for mobilities from 1 April till 30 September
- 15 June for mobilities from 1 July till 31 December
- 15 September for mobilities from 1 October till 31 March
- 15 December for mobilities from 1 January till 30 June
Applications can be submitted from the beginning of the month of the given deadline.
- selection results are sent by e-mail within 10 working days of the deadline
- students will receive financial support in the form of a scholarship after concluding the Mobility Grant Agreement – administered by the Rectorate (contact person is Mgr. et Mgr. Tereza Vosejpková)
- 4EU+ parner universities offer different online course each semester
- courses are free of charge for CU students
- the applicant must be CU student for the entire duration of the course

- to apply, click on the specific course and follow the instructions of the partner university
- the partner university may require the completion of its own Learning Agreement, or the CU 4EU+ Learning Agreement may be used – send completed scanned document to marie.hankova@ff.cuni.cz for signature
- if you want to recognize any of these courses, consult the study abroad coordinator at your home department or institute to ensure the course you have chosen will be recognized
