The Centre of Irish Studies is happy to announce that the summer course “Introduction to Old and Middle Irish” is going to be held on 20-24 June 2022 (Faculty of Arts, Room 116, every day, 9:00-15:30). The course will be led by Dr Ken Ó Donnchú (University College Cork). No prior knowledge of Irish needed.
Charles University students may receive credit for the course (volitelný/specializační seminář). An official letter of attendance and participation can be provided for students from other universities upon request. To sign up for the course, please contact Dr Radvan Markus (radvan.markus@ff.cuni.cz).
The course is organized by the Centre for Irish Studies, DALC, and kindly supported by The Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade, Ireland.
