Aspen Young Leaders Program is a leadership program for young professionals under 35 who are active in the Central Europe, especially in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, or Poland. It will take place on 22–25 August 2024. The deadline for application is on 14 April 2024.
Description of the program
The Aspen Young Leaders Program (AYLP) offers emerging young leaders the opportunity to enhance their personal and professional skills, as well as to expand their network in the region. The uniqueness of the program lies in its strong emphasis on the quality and diversity of both speakers and participants. It provides a safe, unique, and inspirational environment for networking and discussion.
AYLP allows leaders to meet across various fields to discover new perspectives on nowadays challenges through dialogue and open discussions. The key focus is on Values-based Leadership and reflection on various aspects of leadership. Graduates become part of an international AYLP Alumni community whose goal is to support professional connections and development.
You will meet excellent and experienced speakers from broad variety of fields as Danuše Nerudová, Andrej Kiska, Zuzanna Rudzińska-Bluszcz, Jan Lukačevič, Adam Ondra, or Veronika Munk, and many others in the last editions.
Call for applications
Key criteria:
- Aged approx. 22–35, and of Czech, Hungarian, Polish, or Slovak nationality; or a long-term resident living and acting in Central Europe
- Fluent in English
- Professionally active in politics, business, media, the arts, sports, science, or the nonprofit sector
