If you want to share the joy of music and perform works by famous and lesser-known composers under professional guidance, do not hesitate to join the Charles University Choir and Orchestra. Rehearsals for the new semester begin on 19 and 26 February 2025 at 7:30 pm in Charvát Hall (U Nemocnice 1, Prague 2).
The CU Choir and Orchestra is an ensemble of enthusiastic music-loving students and recent graduates of Charles University who represent their alma mater on festive occasions at home and abroad. This term’s programme includes Verdi’s Requiem and Handel’s Alexander’s Feast.
There is no need to prepare for the recital, just show up for the rehearsal. However, those interested in joining the orchestra should email info@sboraorchestruk.cz as soon as possible.
