Share Your Views on Winter Semester Courses. The Student Evaluation Is Open until February 16

In the evaluation questionnaire, students of all levels of study can respond to common questions from the faculty management, pre-set and individual subject questions on BA and MA courses, and questions assigned by the department or institute. All common questions and preset subject questions are available in Czech, English, and Czech sign language, and can be answered both in Czech and English.

Evaluations provide important feedback to individual teachers, the heads of departments and institutes, and the faculty management. Written comments are, therefore, particularly valuable. At the beginning of the evaluation, each student receives an email with an access link directly to the application, where the courses enrolled in SIS are displayed. They can be evaluated at once or sequentially, fully or partially – the evaluations in progress can be saved and returned to later.

If a written comment has been submitted in the course evaluation and the instructor has responded to it, students enrolled in the course are notified by e-mail after the evaluation results are published that one of the written comments related to the course has been responded to. Since the evaluation is anonymous, it is not possible to send feedback only to the person who made the written comment.

The questionnaire also includes two questions common to all students of CU FA. In one, students can comment on the course of their studies at CU FA. It can be a suggestion for improvement, a critical comment, a recommendation, or even a general question. The second question concerns feedback on evaluations, especially on the now significantly extended period for student evaluation and subsequent comments by lecturers, but also on the partial change in the form of questions for individual courses. The faculty management will respond to and follow up on all responses to the general questions.
