The second-year BA student of social work at CU FA took first place in the competition of innovative projects with a positive impact on society. Her video podcast and non-profit organization Zkratky života (Shortcuts of Life) gives voice to socially excluded people and people living in poverty.
The organisation explores stories of the people and offers them a public space to freely speak about their lives. The aim is to highlight their problems and find out what these people need most and what would help them. The project regularly posts on Facebook, Instagram and also on Spotify.
Nela Červenková also presented her video podcast as part of the Centre for Knowledge and Technology Transfer at CU Innovation Lab’s course. Her presentation in Czech is available on YouTube.
