Students of the Institute of Czech Studies at CU FA staged ballads by Karel Jaromír Erben, a prominent Czech folklore poet and a member of the Czech National Revival, for foreigners at CU FA. They prepared four of his ballads: Lady Midday (Polednice), The Watter-Goblin (Vodník), Daughter’s Curse (Dceřina kletba), The Wedding Shirt (Svatební košile).
There are subtitles available in English, German, Bulgarian, Croatian, Russian, Ukrainian, Chinese, Japanese and also in Czech.
