5th conference on the Middle Ages in Britain, Faculty of Arts, Charles University, Prague, 28th – 29th April 2018
Call for papers
The conference, designed as a meeting space for students and beginning researchers of Medieval Britain from across the Humanities, is the fifth in a series after Prague 2012, Giessen 2013, Bonn 2014, and Prague 2016. We invite both full papers and work in progress reports on all aspects of medieval literature, language and culture.
Abstracts of 250–500 words should be submitted by 18th March 2018 to mab-prague@ff.cuni.cz. The presentations should not be longer than 20 minutes, with 10 minutes for questions. We also encourage proposals for panels (three twenty-minute or four fifteen-minute papers).
Registration
Notifications of acceptance will be send out to successful applicants by the end of March. No registration fee is charged for participating at the conference.
Accommodation
We will not be able to provide accommodation for the participants, but we will gladly help to find it.
